Texas Skillet

A fast and hearty meal.

 1 lb Ground Beef
 1 Onion {diced}
 Minced Garlic to taste
 Blackened Cajun Seasoning to taste
 1 Can Tomato Sauce
 1 Can White Beans {drained}
 1 Can Black Beans {drained}
 1 Can Corn {drained}
 1 cup Instant Rice
 1 Green Pepper {diced}
 1 cup Water
 Cheese to top with
 Corn Chips

Brown ground beef, onion, garlic and cajun together in pan. After meat is browned, drain off any excess grease.

Mix in remaining ingredients, leaving the cheese and corn chips for the end.

Cover and simmer until rice is cooked {approximately 20 minutes}. Top with cheese, put cover back on. Once the cheese has melted, it is ready to enjoy. sprinkle with corn chips or use the chips to dip into it.
