Flank Steak Street Tacos

The Meat
 1 Flank Steak
 3 tbsp Eola Crest Cattle {Meat Rub}
The Add-Ons
 1 Mango {sliced}
 Tomatoes
 Green Onions {chopped}
 Avocado {sliced}
 Cilantro {chopped}
 Red Cabbage {sliced}
 Lime Wedges
 Shredded Cheese
 Soft Tortillas

Rub Original {Meat Rub} onto both sides of the flank steak.

Grill for 15-20 minutes on each side at a medium to medium high heat, or until desired internal temperature is reached.

Cut in narrow strips cross-grain.
*If you cut with the grain your meat will tend to be tough.

Warm up some tortillas and add the desired veggies. We love the surprise flavor that mango adds to it.
